MD Revolution<\/a> \u2013 a leader in developing online healthcare platforms for remote patient care management, the company recently announced the results of a study carried out with its partner, Cardiac Solutions, a physician-owned practice of 22 cardiologists in Arizona. The study, which involved over 26,000 patients over a 12-month period, set out to determine the efficacy of MD Revolution\u2019s platform in reducing cardiovascular readmissions. The study found a 50% reduction in 30-day readmissions when patients were using the MD Revolution remote care platform.<\/p>\n
